Scream Queens in the City: Billie Lourd Gets Ready for a Night Out

One of this year’s most buzzed-about shows is Scream Queens, Fox’s campy horror-comedy starring Emma Roberts as a sorority girl queen bee on a mission. But it’s Roberts’s costar Billie Lourd, in the role of Chanel #3, who steals the show.
